Breakthrough with Tony Robbins

Tony Robbins is an amazing coach. I suggest to see all the 6 parts of the second episode. Tony Robbins put this in the youtube to show how real hard problems have real hard solutions. In life everything is nice when everything is going right, but when things go wrong it is not easy to deal with many people.
I have a strong admiration about Tony Robbins, he is not God, but he his powerful changing life's people.

Watch and think:

Phd Thesis of a russian thinker named - Guerdjef - part 2

11) Family is not you. It is near you. He belongs to your world, but it is not you

12) Understand that principles and closed convictions, may be a big heaviness the stop to movement and search

13) We need always someone to trust and talk openly in a radius of 100 km. More is not good.

14) You must know the right time to disappear of scene, to leave the stage, to stop becoming the center of all the attentions. You must be aware of a subtle and discrete exit

15) Don't worry about what has been said bad about you and don't worry about that mental trash.  Listen what has been said good with analytical reserve, without vanity.

16) To compete in the free time, in work, in a life 2 by 2, its great, for who wants to became tired and lose the best.

17) Rigidity is good in a stone not in a man. A man needs firmness, what is very different.

18) An hour with intense pleasure substitute with backlash 3 hours of lost sleep. Pleasure is very important. So don't loose an opportunity to amuse.

19) Don't abandon your 3 big friends:

                Intuition

                 innocence

                and faith

20) And understand that "You are what your mind and body do to became"

Phd Thesis of a russian thinker named - Guerdjef - Part 1

This post is about inner quality of life. The story about a russian thinker that in the beginning of the
20th century altready spoke about self knowledge and the importante to know how to live

He said " A good life has as a base the sense of what we want for us in each moment and of what, really, worth as principal.

So he pointed 20 rules of life that were placed in highlights in the French institute of ansiety and stress, in Paris.

The experts in behaviour said that who already assimilated 10 rules, surely, learned to live with inner quality.

1) Make pauses each 10 minutes in each 2hours of work, at the maximum.
Repeat these pauses in your daily life and think of you, analising your atitudes

2)Learn to say no without to feel guilty or thinking that you hurt someone. Trying to please to everybody is an enormous bad thing.

3)Plan your day, yes, but  let always space for unpredictable things, having in mind that not everything depends of you

4) Have a concentration in only one task at a time. Even that the mental frames are agile, you will become tired without need.

5) Really forget that you are always needed in work, at home, in your habitual group.
If this dislikes you, remember that everything walk without your actuation, but you need yourself to walk.

6) Don't want to be the source of pleasure of everybody. You are not the source of desires, the eternal master of ceremonies.

7) Beg for help every time you need, having the good sense of begging to the right persons.

8) Diferentiate real problems from imaginary problems and eliminate the imaginary problems,
because they are a pure waste of time and occupy a mental space precious to things more important.

9) Try to discover the pleasure of daily facts, like sleeping, eating and taking a bath, without thinking that this is the maximum to desire to do in life.

10)  Avoid to envolve yourself in ansiety and tension of other people, in a compulsive way.
Wait a litte and after return to dialogue, the action.

In the next post we will see the other 10 rule.

To be continued....

Emotional intelligence, Rational Intelligence and Intelligence.

What is intelligence?

Intelligence has been defined in many different ways, including the abilities, but not limited to,
abstract thought, understanding, self-awareness, communication, reasoning, learning, having emotional knowledge, retaining, planning, and problem solving (from the wikipedia).

Long time ago, intelligence was seen as the ability to solve rational problems. But today, this is not enough. A person that a good rational intelligence, but that have bad relationships with people cannot be successful in life. For example, if I can work very good with computer science, but I am a bad colleague in work, or I treat badly the customers, I have no chance to keep my job.

So, Intelligence, can be seen as two parts:
            a) Rational Intelligence - more related with scientific criterias
            b) Emotional Intelligence - more related to the way we lead with emotions, intrapersonal emotions (how do we behave with the reality) and interpersonal emotions (how do we behave with other people). Empathy is an important aspect in emotional intelligence - the way we understand an other people.

So, in the past success = good Racional Intelligence.

Actually, success= good Rational Intelligence +(plus) good Emotional Intelligence

Intelligence= Rational Intelligente + Emotional Intelligence.

Some questions to think

When two people think always the same way, they became 2 half people.

A good sailor won his reputation to strong winds and dangerous tides.

When someone presents an innovation, very much people thing he is crazy. Most of the time he is rediculed, but later they can be seen as a genius.

Whe cannot please everybody.

Everybody must have is own opinion. In a random crowd, if someone has an opinion about a subject
there 50% of likes and 50% of dislikes.

Everybody different, everybody equal.

Each person has her own sentence.

More important than money is to be happy.

Life is an enigma where each day we learn something new.
